I enjoy understanding how things work, exploring different possibilities and looking beyond the expected result. For me, quality is not just about finding defects. It is also about asking thoughtful questions, understanding user expectations and communicating findings clearly.
My journey combines an IT support background with hands-on software testing experience. These perspectives help me look at applications from both a technical and a user's point of view.
